I’m not saying anything bad about Linux: I think it’s absolutely incredible that a crowdsourced *class* of operating systems can compete with corporate counterparts. It’s truly astounding and awe-inspiring.

On the other hand, Windows (and Microsoft generally) is a great example of how a capitalist market will find the greatest overall value and beat out even widely available free products in their ability to respond more effectively to consumer demand than any other system.
